You are looking at a perfectly shabby but very chic antique Trumeau Mirror...with loads of beautiful chippy gesso Noveau design, the original cloudy mirror and a lovely print of full blown roses on the top....it originally had a reverse painting on glass on the top, but was almost all chipped off...so I replaced it with a museum quality print of yummy roses, that I so love....the frame itself has been freshly finished with a white underlay, and brushed lightly with a soft blue that highlights all the beautiful raised Noveau design and goes so beautifully with the blue in the ribbon on the print....there is chipping on the gesso and on the top right of the molding the side piece is missing...as I said, perfectly chic and shabby....the mirror is very cloudy and spotted, but can still be seen out of, as you can see in the photos...again, perfect for the shabby look, and as with most items this piece looks so beautfiul first hand...it is a whopping 40 icnhes tall and at the widest part of the top molding it is 22 inches across....feel free to email me for more photos if you would like to see more ..
